Sorry to sound so tough but $2.50 for 15 min of Internet use and 50 cents per page printing black and white? I'm in the wrong business.
But they're convenient as no Mailboxes Etc or UPS within walking distance. And forget about Royal Square, nothing in mall.

3.25$ to print 1 black and white page. I was just lazy to go all the way to staples so I tried this place instead. I will never go back. Such a ripoff! Don't encourage this guy and give your money to a honest business instead !.

This place is overpriced so i only use it in emergency situations like when my internet was down. The reason for the 3 stars is that i needed a flyer printed on short notice and no one else would do it but Colorama was very helpful. I made my deadline so i was happy.

Would give this place no stars, but that isn't an option. I called to ask how much it would cost to print out 1 copy of a 1 page black and white written document. I said I just needed to plug in my USB, and print it out. He said it would cost me $2.50 to plug in my USB, plus 50c per copy! I'm not even using the internet! You're going to charge me $3.00 to do something that will take me less then 1 minute? Definitely not going to be a customer. Why get robbed when I don't have to.

i called to ask how much for business cards to be printed and he said he can't help me because he prefers i go to the store in person so he can explain it instead lol wtf? terrible customer service. he literally just lost a customer
